A family business
Multiship is, above all, a story of the sea.
A sailor’s tale.
And a family adventure.
At the beginning, there is Jean-Pierre De Wolf. Trained in the merchant navy in Antwerp, he spends his life on the water. From cargo ships to yachts, he learns, observes, and understands. Then comes retirement—at least on paper. Because Jean-Pierre doesn’t know how to stop. Multiship is born almost by chance. A project to stay active. A hobby that became a benchmark.
Today, Multiship is no longer just Jean-Pierre.
Now, it is also Sylvie and Bart, his children.
His son, Bart, naturally follows the same path. Merchant navy training to become a mechanic on commercial vessels, followed by 20 years in yachting. He knows ships from the inside: the constraints, the demands, the reality of the field. With him, technical rigor is absolute. Nothing is left to chance.
His daughter, Sylvie, brings another strength: the human connection. Follow-up. Listening. She manages administration, crews, and clients. Always available. Always present.
Together, they form a complementary trio: technical expertise, precision, and people skills.
