40m Feadship, 1980
We provided consultancy and project management support for the refit of Feadship. Our team oversaw technical specifications, coordinated with the shipyard, and ensured that all planned upgrades were executed efficiently. We conducted regular condition surveys, monitored timelines and budgets, and advised the owner on decisions regarding equipment and materials, ensuring the project met both quality and regulatory standards.

Our role included assessing the vessel’s current condition, defining the scope of work for the refit at hand, and liaising with the shipyard on all technical and contractual matters. We provided ongoing oversight through inspections, risk assessments, and financial management, ensuring that every stage of the project was aligned with the owner’s goals and delivered to the highest standards.

On this project, we guided the owner in selecting appropriate upgrades, monitored the refit schedule, and coordinated all technical and administrative aspects with the shipyard. From sourcing parts to supervising quality control, our team ensured that the yacht’s systems, structure, and aesthetics were upgraded efficiently, keeping the project on track both financially and operationally.
Project B
Scheduled for delivery in OCTOBER 2026, the new build of Project B is being fully supported through our consultancy services. We initially assisted the owner in selecting a suitable shipyard, reviewing technical specifications, and negotiating contracts. Currently, as the construction progresses, we are conducting regular inspections, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and providing technical management to ensure all systems are installed correctly. Our continuous guidance is focused on ensuring the yacht is delivered according to the owner’s vision and operational requirements.
